We are all feeling loss on some level. This can include the loss of a loved one, or employment, or the cancellation or postponement of large and significant celebrations such as weddings, concerts, or graduations.
We are also losing familiar patterns of daily life and social interactions as we watch our society shift. While this can be difficult to recognize, it is important to know when – and how – to seek support.
